This is an excerpt from Braidens email to me this week. I laughed so hard I cried when I read this.
"Ok, so last story for the week. I have been ordered by my district leader, a Mexican elder who only has three months on his mission left, by the name of Elder Medina to talk to you about him. He was looking through my pictures and found the picture of you that you sent me. I then might have told him about your gymnast career and he might have possibly decided that he wants to marry you. But don't worry, his companion saw the picture and decided you have the most beautiful eyes he has ever seen. In any event, he wants you to know that he wants to go to BYU, so he will probably be in the US within a year, and that he can do the human flag thing (where you hold yourself horizontal on a pole). Anywho, now I can tell him that I talked to you about him, and you can hopefully feel loved and get a good laugh."
Wow. Apparently I'm getting married. I am so glad the "human flag" trick is what he wanted me to know about him. Sounds perfect. ;)

A feel good post.
Sometimes I find super great quotes that just say what's on my mind perfectly in words better than I could ever come up with. Sometimes they make me smile. I love to smile, but I love it even more when I see someone else smiling, so this is a feel good post for you. I hope you smile.
Now to top it off...I saw these two videos the other day and I started crying I was laughing so hard. Make sure you watch the commercial first, then watch the video with the zebra second.
If you're still laughing and you have a lot of time on your hands, this is the song version. Of the commerical. You're welcome.

Make a wish on a shooting star.
I love stargazing. I absolutely love it. Maybe it's something about having proof right before my eyes that there is so much more out there than just me. Maybe it's somthing about how beautiful they are. Maybe it's something about the way they make me feel. Maybe it's something about how looking up at them clears my head and lets me think. Maybe it's something about how they make me believe in fairy tales. Maybe it's a combination of everything and more. The point is, I love the stars, and I love shooting stars even more. Not only are they everything I already mentioned, but they're magic too, and I do love magic.

Go to EFY
I kind of love efy. A lot actually. It might be one of my favorite things in the whole world. It's right up there with Disneyland, the color purple, great music... you know, all of the finer things in life. ;) This time was no different of course. In fact, this was probably my favorite efy I've ever been to. I learned a lot of things while I was there. I learned a lot of things about the gospel, other people, and even about myself. I also learned a lot about my relationship with the Savior, and that my friends, is an absolutely beautiful thing. He really did live and die for us, and he loves you. I promise.

Feed the ducks.
Sometimes my friends and I go on super adventurous bike rides from Lehi clear to a lovely little duck pond by Lone Peak. Sometimes we let Jackie lead the way, (which is always a dumb idea, FYI) and she takes us up this super steep trail in the middle of nowhere, only to emerge to an even steeper giant sand/dirt hill. Then of course she decides we need to go down it, which was more than a little perilous, mind you. Finally we get to the cute little pond and feed the ducks. (Check!) The rest of the trip consisted of waterfalls and water fights, kicking Vicky off the island because he can't do a cartwheel, awkward polygamy pictures, hiding in bushes, rescuing caterpillars, playing "last man standing" (which I totally won, by the way) on a fence, and Jackie not getting us lost on the way home. My friends are pretty much the greatest.
