Yes my friends, this is my locker. There are three of us in this small, grey locker. The funny thing is, we are all generally neat and tidy people. The thing is,when you only have five minutes to get from your class, to the locker, then onto your next class, you aren't exactly thinking, "must keep locker clean, must keep locker clean." No, no. Generally I am thinking something along the lines of, "Ouch! That was my foot! All this fell out and none of it's my math book. Great. I have two minutes to get to class and I can't even see my math book. Math is upstairs. Did you hear that bell? Yikes! One minute. Where's my book!? Ouch! Is that a pear that just fell on my head? Yep. Better tell Em not to eat that." You get the point. Me, Lesh, and Em decided to conduct a little experiment called, "Let's actually clean the locker and see how long it takes before things start flying at us as we open the door." Well my friends, here are the results.
Monday Morning: The clean locker. Oh, and yes, that is a hanger. It's for my coat. Don't ask. |
Monday at lunch: Yes, the locker is already throwing up math books a mere 4 hours after being cleaned. Sigh.
Tuesday: B days are much better days for our locker than A days. Oh, and FYI, that is a BYU bag, and it is not mine. Promise.
Wednesday: Wow. That locker is gross. P.S. This is the day the pear fell on my head.
Thursday: There wasn't room for anything else. Trust me, we tried!
Just to prepare you for Fridays picture, this is what fell out of the locker Friday morning when Alesha opened it. ...and this is what fell out at lunch. Just some random piano music...no biggy :)
Friday: I assure you the locker was cleaned shortly after this picture was taken.
Have a great weekend!
